December is finally here and it’s definitely the season to be jolly!

The halls are decked, wine is mulled and the lights are twinkling, so the only thing left is to announce our fabulously festive competitions.

We all love a #GuessThatStory challenge, so this year, all you need to do to win is guess the seasonal story based on the visual clues.

The story may be set around Christmastime, New Years’ or simply in a snowy season, but it will be connected to winter in some way. The challenge is to guess which book it is!

We’re also taking things to the next level, as our social media competitions are being run across WriteRomanceFiction and WriteStorybooks too!

This year, it’s not only children’s books that are on the table; mystery, fantasy and romance are all on the cards this Christmas.

Everyone who comments their answer with the given hashtag is automatically entered into a prize draw to win a copy of the book and an eGift card for a writing course of their choice. The winners will be announced in January as a new years’ treat!
